When my brother Royce was born 5 years ago my mom said there were really no chemical free baby wipes available. She knew she didn't want to buy wipes and went looking for an alternative. Liza, do you cloth diaper as well? We used disposables with our daughter but are using cloth with our son, who is now two. I had a bunch of extra receiving blankets I didn't need, so I cut them into small rectangles, sewed a zigzag stitch around the edges to prevent fraying, and voila - dozens of cloth wipes. If you're already washing diapers, it's no big deal to wash wipes too!
